… while the majority of bloggers are unprofessional, their work, if available to the masses, is still *published work* in the eyes of the law, and if you word something w rongly, you can be sued for libel….I doubt that this law covers private blogs and emails, but I am not sure- perhaps someone here more law-savvy than I can confirm something….
